Guests can purchase blocks of time in increments of 3 hours up to 12 hours. After 12 hours there is an all day block option.
Noah's goal is to rent as much time out as possible. Our conference rooms are our most popular rooms on weekends for weddings, large business events, and family events such as reunions. Therefore, we try to book these events first before booking smaller 3 hour events. If a particular date is more than 30 days out, but we have already sold a block larger than 3 hours, the option to book a 3 hour becomes available.
Noahs does not book rooms by the hour except to extend your reservation past midnight. If you wish to extend past midnight please call 1-800-MYNOAHS (1 800 696 6247) or the building location where you are having your event to speak to a representative about the price for the extra hour/s.

Noah's is located just east of I-15 at Exit 275. From the exit ramp, head northeast toward the mountains, make a right turn at the first traffic light (700 N. in Lindon). The building is located about a quarter of a mile down the street on the right side. MapQuest, Google, or other navigational services may give incorrect directions because the area is new and these systems may not be up to date.
Noah's is located just west of I-15, near CarMax. North of the Walmart and Alternative High School.
Noah's is not open on Sundays, however, the website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tours are given Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. No appointment is necessary, but you may want to call ahead to see which rooms are available since you will only be able to view those rooms that are not occupied at the time.
When booking your event at Noah's you must consider any prep time you may need before your event begins and include that in how much time you book. Noah's has a great system in place to accommodate all time constraints. Our block system of 3, 6, 9 ,12 hours or all day allows you to block out the time needed for your specific event including set-up requirements, the event, and take down of your particular items. If you feel that the time booked will not satisfy your needs it is easy and inexpensive to upgrade to the next block size, or we can even shift your block if you feel you need more prep time or more take-down time. With this block system in place we do not feel there is a need nor do we allow for early entrance. The staff at Noah's prepares the rooms how you specify so that upon arrival it is ready to go. Therefore, if you were to arrive early we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready for you.
Yes, you may bring food with you, have something delivered, or invite a caterer to join you.
Although Noah's does not offer catering services, we do offer catering rooms (prep
to serve only) for our guests' convenience. You may choose your own caterer, or we can suggest caterers from our Preferred Partner Network (PPN).
Yes. However, as a courtesy to our other guests and in order to minimize any potential problems:
- All alcoholic beverages must be kept within the rooms you have rented.
- No glass containers such as beer bottles are allowed inside the building.
- All city and state laws regarding the use of alcohol must be strictly followed.
- Noah's recommends a licensed bar tender for large events.

Reservation/Access Code Information |
Noah's does not issue refunds. If you cancel a reservation more than 45 days before your reservation date, you will receive a credit equal to the amount of the reservation. The credit may be used within one year at the Noah's location where it was issued. If you cancel 45 days or less before your event, you will forfeit the amount of your reservation. Please see our Booking Agreement for details.
No, when you book a room, you must pay in full in order to secure your reservation.
Your code will open the outside doors and your room door at your session start time. For example, if your reservation time starts at 6:00 PM, your code will not work at 5:59 PM, but it will work at 6:00 PM.
No. However, you may purchase extra sessions to allow the time you need for preparation.
Yes, you may extend your reservation, but only if the next session is still available. Additional sessions may be purchased by contacting one of our staff members or by calling the Command Center. However, if the next session is already booked then you will need to leave when your session is over.
The building directory in the lobby shows the name of each event and which room it is being held in. When you arrive, ask one of our staff members to unlock your door to allow access for your guests.
No, the general cleaning of the room is included in the rental fee. If you or your guests cause damage to the room or equipment in the room, charges will be made to the credit card used to make the reservation.
Due to Fire Code restrictions, Noah's must adhere to occupancy limits. However, you may upgrade your reservation to a room that better fits the occupancy of your party. If you do exceed your room's occupancy, you will be asked to upgrade to a larger room. The occupancy levels set for each room provide for optimal safety as well as for the best possible experience for your guests.
Yes, the basic equipment for these sports is available in each room.
No. All furniture is placed such to provide the best possible experience for our guests and should not be moved.
Damage fees will be assessed for damages that are the result of actions beyond normal wear and tear, such as moving furniture or misusing equipment. These fees will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the room.
No. Guests are not allowed to bring their own equipment or furniture into the facility.
You are welcome to use candles but only as long as they are in containers that catch the melting wax.

As part of our automation, all rooms except restrooms, shower rooms, and the bride's room have video surveillance. This is to ensure quality control as well as the safety of our guests.

Live bands are not permitted unless the entire facility is reserved. This helps ensure
that all our guests have a pleasant experience, as guests will not be disturbed by loud noises in other rooms. If a band is used with a whole facility reservation, the volume level may not exceed legal limits.
